Paddleboarding
Welcome to the latest craze in watersports. Dating back to 1950s Hawaii, this relaxing pastime allows you to glide through the water, test your skills on smaller breaks and even fish (if you’re good at multi-tasking!)
Why Paddleboard? The best thing is that it’s so relaxing – an almost therapeutic way to exercise. With just a board and a paddle, there’s no faff – you can just get on the water and have fun. Plus, this easygoing sport gives you a fantastic all-over body workout, particularly the core muscles.
Hire a board or come and join us on one of our paddleboard lessons. We even hold paddleboard yoga sessions, which will see you doing a handstand on an anchored board!
All sessions include the use of our onsite changing facilities, lockers and hot showers.
